Lofoten Clean Up Paddling 2 day trip

Lofoten Aktiv offers safe and guided sea kayak tours in beautiful and peaceful areas of the Arctic seascape. This 2-day adventure seeks out places with a great biological variety and importance, more quiet areas than our ordinary tour.

We will use 1 hour each day during the trip to clean coastlines for marine litter. We will be using solid gloves and clever ways of teamworking.
To solve the marine litter issue in hard to reach places.
This is a clean and decent experience for everyone.

Lofoten Aktiv´s 2 days Clean Up Paddling tour is the perfect kayak experience for those who want to expand their paddling horizons, their skills as a paddler while also doing something beneficial for the environment.

This experience is open for everyone who wants to experience Lofotens great biodiversity, learn about the arctic flora and fauna and do something for the environment.

The guide will bring you to the finest places according to the weather report where you can enjoy the islands, the fjords and their white sandy beaches. In the evening we will cook together and make a camp for the night.

On all Lofoten Aktiv kayak tours we have a guide/instructor per 6-7 participants (with certain exceptions if the group composition/knowledge allows for it). Because of the landscape we live in has a nature that cannot withstand unsustainable use, we do not host larger sea kayak groups than 10 participants.

Our guides will share stories about the cultural and natural history of the area we live in. Because conservation is embedded in everything we do, this is a great way for you to make your vacation benefit the environment too.

Participant are responsible for their own food and drinks on the tour. If requested the guides will give you tips on paddling technique.
